Hotel & travel
Host hotel to be announced
A discounted room block will be held at the host hotel for conference attendees. The block usually releases three to four weeks before the conference, and rooms at the conference rate go first.
Once the venue is confirmed, the hotel name, nightly rate, booking link and cut-off date appear on this page and go out to everyone who registered their interest.

How to book, once it opens
- 1Register for the conference first. Your confirmation carries the booking code.
- 2Use the booking link on this page, or call the hotel and ask for the conference room block.
- 3Book before the cut-off date. After that the discounted rate is gone, even if rooms remain.
- 4Keep your hotel confirmation number. State and county travel offices ask for it.
