For more than thirty years the East Tennessee Elder Justice Coalition has brought together the people who get the call first — investigators, deputies, prosecutors, bank fraud teams, hospital social workers, and the advocates who sit with families afterward.
This conference is where that work gets compared, corrected and carried home. Bring a colleague from a discipline that is not your own. That is where the useful conversations start.

Elder justice work is split across agencies that rarely share a table. For two days, state and national experts sit beside the county staff who carry the caseload.
National and state faculty
Speakers from federal elder justice programs, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, the Attorney General's office and Adult Protective Services.
Cross-discipline networking
Meals and breaks are built to mix disciplines, so the banker meets the investigator and the prosecutor meets the social worker.
Continuing education credit
Continuing education hours, including an ethics session, are offered for multiple professions. Credit types for 2026 to be confirmed.
